    Multiple drop down selection

    I am looking for some help on designing or letting me know if multiple option drop down selection/ deselection is possible in Excel.

    Example - I have multiple column sheet. Column A indicates a process, column B indicates outcome of the process, Column C indicates reason of that outcome.

    Column A - Physical security of the organisation
    Column B - Lapses were found in physical security arrangements and went unnoticed for long time
    Column C - Inconsistent admission policies and procedures , Absenteesim of security guards , Lack of review and monitoring of the incidents

    In the example above, there are three reasons mentioned in column C. They could be defined as standard reasons for deviation and need to be selected in dropdown.

    you can do so, but not without VBA.
