Delete All Pics Outside of Range

How would I tailor the code that's below to delete all pictures that are NOT in rows 1:5?

Tom, I really appreciate your help but that did not work. The picture in row 3 was deleted. What's more, I have a macro forms box that's up top and it is now also being deleted. That must have to do with switching objects to shapes.

Any other ideas?

I just realized the <5 just needed to be >5 and it worked perfect EXCEPT it is deleting my macro forms box. Any idea how to do this without deleting the forms box? Thanks Tom!
