Text in column link to hyperlink in another column

I have a hyperlink in column A. In column B is a number that I would like to link to the hyperlink.

This is a report, to keep the Hyperlink on the report takes up too much space. I would like the viewer to be able to click on the number in Column B and have it link to the same hyperlink that is in Column A. Is there a formula in Excel that turns the text/numbers in a column into a link that is in another column (without taking the URL with it)
