Try this formula in cell C2 and copy down:
=IF(COUNTIF('Product Group'!$C$5:$F$22,A2),INDEX('Product Group'!B:B,MAX(INDEX(ROW('Product Group'!$C$5:$F$22)*('Product Group'!$C$5:$F$22=A2),0))),"Doesn't appear in product group sheet")
