Nested IF Function Help?

I've created a nested if function and it isn't working properly -- or rather, it's not working at all. I get an error upon entering it.

So here are the conditions. If a plant sells less than 2,000 units during three seasons, it's undersold.

If it's undersold, it may be discontinued ("DNP") if the germination failure rate is higher than 10%, or if it takes less than 50 days to harvest.

If it's not discontinued but still undersold, it should be monitored ("PM") if the sales have changed by less than 2%.

If it's not undersold at all then it is planted ("P").



Anyway, here is my nested if statement -

=IF(SUM(G5:I5)<2000,IF(E5>.10 OR C5<50,"DNP",IF(J5<.02,"PM","P")),"P")

When I try to enter it into the spreadsheet, it tells me that there is an error. Does anyone know what it could be, or do you see any obvious mistakes in my formula?



Edit: I fixed the OR function so the formula now reads:

=IF(SUM(G5:I5)<2000,IF(OR(E5>.10,C5<50),"DNP",IF(J5<.02,"PM","P")),"P")

But I'm still getting an error.
