Subtitute Cell Number

I want change in this formula or maybe i need some small change in your posted formula

but first i need change on this formula only

=0&(SUBSTITUTE(MID(A1,FIND(3,A1,FIND(" ",A1,1)),20),"-",""))

this formula work on this type of number: 042-1234567 0092-300-1234567
but this formula is not working on this condition:- 0092-300-1234567

Dear Brother

I have cell numbers directory but i want to extract cell numbers from column A which is typed as under:
0092-300-1234567

But i wants: 03001234567
How can i do this ???

In Column A cell numbers and land line numbers are mixed.
All mobile numbers are realized from mid code which is starts from "3" like as under:

0092-345-6781386 (Mobile)
0092-53-7516953 (Land line)

I want to extract Mobile number from Column A to Column B but in this condition: 03456781386
