I would be very appreciative is I some one can help me with a formula for
how to find
the remainder of A2 minus B2 divided by 365 IF A2 is not blank and the remainder is less than E3
E3 being a cell, so it can be variable.
also, if A2 is blank. Diff should be blank also.
