Conditional Formatting Formula needed for noob

I'm trying to set up a simple inventory and order list for furniture. I have a Master Inventory list of all items owned, then an order list for items clients wish to order. I want to have the Order Quantity cell in column B turn red if the Remaining Quantity cel in column F drops below zero. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please see attached worksheet for my sample.

    Thanks!

Highlight Range B4:B10, click on conditional formatting, Manage Rules > New Rule, select User a Formula to determine which cells to format, in the blank field, enter =$F4<0 and click on format to format the cell in which what you want it to look like when remaining quantity is fewer than 0
