I am having this weird issue that I can't seem to solve. I have a NamedRange "RawData, which capture the entire table in RawData worksheets. In AMS Summary, I have a pivot table which used RawData as table source, but it only returned 124 items versus 130+ items.
Can anyone provide me any assistance to troubleshoot this issue?

You had two defined names "Rawdata" it was chosing the first one even though the scope of that was supposedly just "rawdata(2)". I deleted that name and refreshed and I think it's working fine. I don't know enough about defining scopes within defined names to tell you why it was working that way.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
