Frequency of Negative Numbers

I am trying to use the Frequency function but many of my values are negative numbers. How do I set the bin values to accurately capture all of the data? Of my 906 data points, only 756 are being counted (sum of all the frequencies). The values range from -206 to 135. I have the bin column set to the following:

-206
-99
-67
-35
-27
-19
-11
-3
-1
