excel timesheet - time format

Ok.... so basically you want to avoid typing in colon sign (

... and you just want enter 1345 and the moment you press enter, it should automatically be change to 13:45?

Actually...it should not be strictly on ENTER press...the absolutely best would be on leaving cell or something like that...because usually when you press ENTER, you'll move to cell below...and I need to move to cell which is next on the right....
