I think your best bet would be something like a pivot table. Please see attached.
I this what you were looking for?

Obviously you wouldn't need to create a separate table for all scenarios, I've just put them as an example.

Thank You I can use pivot table but I was hoping for formula to calc these cells and present result in one cell by each question.
If nobody offer other answer your solution I must accept becouse I must finish by tomorrow morning
