Thanks a lot for your help. I really appreciate. This is indeed a different way to retrieve the data without using the Pivot Table. I also raised this question on a different forum (didn't know where to start the query as I'm a new member of this Forum) and there also received a different approach. IŽll investigate both and use them definately.
