Question Copying page settings (headers, footers, margins) to multiple workbooks

Hi Just new to Forum and so a post about an add-in to do the above in Excel 2007 but didn't know how to access. I have set up a standard sheet for headers, footers, margins and fit to page print that we want to use for our pricelists which are already created in a number of workbooks. Now I just want to overlay these settings onto all the pages in the old workbooks.

All help greatly appreciated (tried to do macro but have a bug I can't get pasted!!)

Re: Copying page settings (headers, footers, margins) to multiple workbooks

    So you want to:

    1) Open a workbook to the main sheet "template" that you want to use to apply various settings to other workbooks.
    2) Open the files one at a time from a specified folder
    3) Apply the formatting of the "template" to ALL worksheets in each opened workbook
    4) Save the edited workbooks back to the same location

    Settings to copy are:
    Headers
    Footers
    Page Margins
    Fit to page print

    Anything else?

This is the basic idea, edit the actual PAGE SETUPS you want to transfer.
