copy and past not working correctly SKYPE click2 call culprit

skype click2call is causing loads of problems in MSOFFICE ... EXCEL/WORD/POWERPOINT
    from skype user forum
The problem seems to be cause by Skype's own Click2Call toolbar. Our product team is aware of the incompatibility and working on a fix. The fix will be automatically deployed via the toolbar's builtin silent upgrade feature. I don't have an estimate on when the fix will be available so if you need the copy'n'paste feature urgently I suggest temporarily removing the toolbar via Windows Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software.

I have this problem, but I don't have the click-to-call facility installed. Do I need to remove Skype completely??
