Count in series with multiple conditions

I have a few formulas that I need to write but am having serious issues....

1. Count all the "ASY" (column I) in a series if that row also contains a "Y" (column B) - Sheet: Data!

2. Count all the "1" (column K) in a series if that row also contains "ASY" (column I) and "Y" (column B) {all on Sheet: Data!} then divide that by $B$2 to get the percentage of cells that have a 1 in that cell for ASY/Y rows
