Preserving Row height when sorting ??

One of the rows got more height than others to capture all words. However, when excel report is sorted by any other field, I loose the extended row height for that row/cell & gets applied to another row/cell. How can I keep/preserve row height no matter sorting occurs??? Please very simple attached sample. Thanks in advance
