Question Return Sum of Range 11 cells to left of another range

    Hi,

This is somewhat hard to explain.

    Cells A1, B1, C1, and D1 contain numbers greater than 0.

Cells E1, F1, G1, and H1 may containg numbers greater than 0, but might not.

    E corresponds with A, F corresponds with B, G corresponds with C, and H corresponds with D.
I want the sum of A1:D1 for each of the numbers where the corresponding E1:H1 is not zero.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

I am not sure fully understood, try this.

    =SUMIF(E1:H1,"<>0",A1:D1)

It would be helpful if you attach a sample file with desired results. Forum Rule says how to attach a file.
