Formula to show percentage

Hi Everyone

I have attached a workbook. I need a formula in cells K2,3 and 4 that will show the percentage of people on a course with each Team.

The attachment is a shortened version, there are several hundred entries within the proper book.

I'am not very good with formula's and my maths isnt so good either.

Can anyone help me ?
