Unfortunately that is not an option. I am sending them the file as a prn and getting them to use that, but they won't accept an xls file.

Do you know how to save to a prn without the pagebreaks coming through in the format?

I will see if i can find a way of fixing the other problems.

But i can assure you this is what they want, and as it is our new bank i don't have any choice and if i tell the bank to accept an xls and get on with it, i will probably get fired!
