Help with converting xlsx to PND (PRN) and it's related errors

Hi All,

I have to create an xlsx file into a PND, when i was on here earlier i was told to convert my file to a prn, which i have done and they (the bank) can read it but when the recipient of the file opens it it has a few errors that i need help with.

This is so out of my comfort zone!!

Firstly when it converts the program reading the file can see the page breaks from the original excel format. How do i remove these so when i convert it they can't see them?

The next weird thing is that i had everything neatly lined in up rows to (for example) line 250, but when i change it to a PRN file it has shunted some of the information down to line 487. And even more weirdly it hasn't picked from column A it has picked it from random columns.

I don't understand PRN files, how they work or even what the point of them is. I don't know why the bank can't have an excel file!!

I have attached a sample of the data that i turned into a PND. The one thing to note, i forgot to put EOF (end of file) at the bottom of my data i don't know if that makes any difference.

Please help i have to get this working by FRIDAY AARRGGHHHHHHHHHH
