Hello Excel users,

I was hoping someone could help me with this issue I am having.

I want to create a formula that allow me to take data from one cell, and place is into another under certain conditions.
This is for a scoring sheet that will incorporated for psychological testing.

Cell BG4 = 78.
I want cell BG6 to take the # inputted in cell BG4 (78 for this example) and format it under the following conditions:

If the age of the patient (cell D6) is between 45-64, then BG6 = BG4 + 8
If the age of the patient (cell D6) is between 65-80, then BG6 = BG4 + 14

How can I make it do this?

No ages less than 45.

But 45, 64, 65, and 80 must all be included as ages. I have patients that are 45 years of age (and 64, 65, 80) that must be included.
