I have a spreadsheet where data on a library collection is tracked. When I select a limited data such as Authors (Last name, first name) and Title the data covers say 12 sheets for this example. The data is printed to the left margin with 2/3 of the remaining print area showing as blank paper beside the printed data. Is it possible to format the data where two pages of data is on a single page across multiple printed pages? Can I consolidate it to 6 pages by printing page 2 beside the page 1 data, page 4 data beside the page 3 data etc? If so what is the best way to set up the printing to accomplish this?
