    Sorry, I just don't understand what you're trying to achieve.

    You have two red columns on sheet 2 and it's not clear what you expect to happen with column D. For instance do you expect the current D2 to 'wrap round' when column C is moved up and fill what will be a new empty C21?

    Can you clarify and show us a before an after situation.

    Re: shift data up if there is any empty cell

    Hi Richard ,

    Thank you for you reply.

    If you look to cell C4 in sheet2 it empty because I delete the data in sheet1 cell B14. That good.

    What I need is to shift the data in sheet2 (C4) up . to full the empty cell which is (C3). And the empty cell will be the last cell in D which is (D21).

    Thanks

    Re: shift data up if there is any empty cell

    Hi,

    In C2 of sheet 2 enter
    OFFSET('after Sheet1'!$B$1,ROW()+10,0)
    In D2 enter
    OFFSET('after Sheet1'!$B$1,ROW()+30,0)

    Copy both of these down to row 21

    Regards

    Obviously change 'after Sheet1' to whatever sheet name is applicable.

    It is reporting the values you indicated if you delete the row on sheet 1.
