how can I sort data by names to different sheets

How can I transfer all names with Bill to sheet 1,bob to sheet 2, cat to sheet 3, Lou to sheet 4?

each sheet should have the name of the person designated in a particular cell, such as A1 in this example.

it is an array formula, so it needs to be confirmed with CTRL+SHFT+ENTER, not just ENTER.

drag down the formula to as many rows along a column as you need.
