Hi Veejar,

I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???
There is a little star ( ADD REPUTATION ) below those person who helped you. Click it to say your "PRIVATE APPRECIATION TO THEIR EFFORT ON THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS "

Hi,
Neither of them seems to be working
For an item say Motors_partA the minimum value will always be 1000 according to given data
sample file
Sample Workbook(2).xls
Thanks for the solution
Hi Veejar..
I had also saw that the minimum values have to be 1000 according to given data which you have already achieved using your formula and hence thought you might be looking for some other criteria and solution.
