    Question Conditional Formatting Query

    Hello all,

We are using the attached spreadsheet to use for our own staff training recording - i was created externally and we are using it for our own purposes. It's still early days with the data entry but I've noticed the worksheet entitled 'Team Training Due'. Essentially this takes data from the specific staff training record and poplulates this report. This bit works fine.

However, the conditional formatting should kick in and colour code the cells according to whther the training refresher is now overdue of due in the next 12 months. You will see that this works for most but there are many examples where the conditional formatting is not taking place. For example look at the following cells:

D23 - This training is overdue and should be coloured red.
C24 - This training is due in the next 12 months and should be pink.
E58 - This training is due in the next 12 months and should be pink.
E60 - This training is overdue and should be coloured red.

There are many other examples on this worksheet in addition to these 4. I just cannot see what this issue is as these cells all appear to have the same conditional formatting rules applied to them as those cells that are working.

I hope this all makes sense - please let me know if more detail is required.

Many thanks, in advance, for you help!

    Chris

P.S. I had to zip the file as it breached the 1,000kb upload rule.
