Hello. Wanted to ask if there is a way to make that thing work(more details below) or do I need VBA for that. if I do any hints where to start and what to do?

So, this is what I want to do. I have main data in Sheet2 all listed in 3 columns (can be other order but I imagine it might be easiest). Col_A contains attributes which can be stored in Col_B, Col_C is data which have attribute described in Col_B, from range of attributes listed in Col_A. In Sheet1 in Col_A I can pick any attribute from Sheet2:Col_A list, I want that in Col_B I could get drop down list only of Sheet2:Col_C data which have similar attribute to one I picked in Col_A.
