    Conditional formatting help

Hello Guru's! I've got three rules setup in conditional formatting and they work fine except for one ongoing issue. The area that the formula applies to should be locked at =$a:$f. Whenever the sheet is modified the "applies to" area changes. This causes the rules to malfunction. How can I lock down the "apply to" area so it will never change?

    Thanks,
    Eric

what are you doing on the worksheet that is causing your applys to range to change?

I'd love to hear this too.... applying multiple ranges of the same damn conditions seems to eventually cause problems.
