Grand Totals to top of page

Hi - I can see how to show subtotals at top of page - but only the last column item follows that rule. (I used the sub-totals drop down menu in the PivotTable tools/Design ribbon.) All other totals go to the bottom of range. I would like to see all totals at top of range including Grand Total. How can I achieve this? I am using 2010.
