Excel: Cell Control Tip

Hi there,

Just wondering if anyone knows how the attached has the control tip when cell A1 is selected? It doesn't seem to be a VBA method, but I'm not sure.

Any instruction would be great.

Data tab > Data Tools Group > Data Validation > Input Message

Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
