    copy text to new workbook

    I have posted question but no responce

    I have a calendar April and we enter employee names A5:N58 >>>> names can appear more than once and any were in this range ---- I would like names to appear on a seperate sheet --- so if A8=Bill - B22=Sam and N57=Jim then on seperate sheet would show A1=Bill - A2=Sam - A3=Jim then if another name added to calendar (Fred) then A4=Fred and if Jim is added again in different cell then A5=Jim
