    Create Report based on Date Range

    I am in need of creating a report based on logged values.

    Here is the data layout that I need to report on.

    I need to create "report" formatted like the layout below that, based on the date range entered (begin date and due date), shows the count of the number of instances within that date range that the "Remaining" columns in the above photo was positive, 0, or negative.

    I cannot seem to figure out how to setup the formulas to display this information. Does anyone know how this can be done?
