Please please how can I ask excel to select certain value based on the condition

Hi everyone

can you please help me to direct excel to take one value based on condition. I have 3 tables, the first one is the product sequence, the sequence is changing every period. Because of the product changeover, there will be a known losses caused by this change and the losses amount is available in a table which reflects the changeover losses from one product to other one. The third table is the sum of the period losses. So i want excel to look at the product sequence and put the change over losses in the right period in table 3.

Also, I'd suggest re-wording the text you used in your worksheet. I have a difficult time making any sense of it.

Are you sure that your data is consistent. It seems that in P1 the text is saying that the second product is X2 but the table is saying X3.
