Generating a list on a separate Data sheet

On microsoft excel, is there a way to generate a List on a separate sheet when an item is chosen on another?


For example, on one sheet I have a list of 1000 items. My purpose is to choose items all over the list. So imagine I only need to chose 7 items on that list, think of the time spent scrolling up and down the list finding those 7 items. Increases the room for ever, and wastes a lot of time.

So, is there an action where once I choose one of the items on the 1000 items list, it can generate just that item into another sheet. So once I have my 7 items, I can view the new sheet and JUST have my 7 items.
