Post Data extraction from various cells into one based on the adjacent cell values

    Good day,

I have 8 item values within column A & various values for each item in cell B. I now want to extract the values in each cell based on a range criteria. I am aware that I can use conditional formatting and from (morefunc... MCONCAT), I can store these different cells separated by a comma.

    see details below:

I tried: =(IF(B2:B9 <25,MCONCAT(A2:A9),0)) but it did not work.

This is want I would like to achieve:

    btw: I'm using Excel 2007.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards.

Hi and welcome to the board
Why post an image when you need a spreadsheet answer?

    Hi ps3gamer

    Welcome to the forum ...

Why post pictures of your workbook?
You would do best to post a sample workbook showing your Sheet Layout and perhaps Before and After examples.

It should clearly illustrate your problem and not contain any sensitive data.

    Cheers
