How to Make Two Columns into Two Rows?

I want to start with a table, as shown, and essentially transpose the first and last columns of data into a modified table. I'd really rather not use a macro.

This is part of an effort to start with a form and fill in the details for a specific lab test. The original table gets created as part of the lab test preparation. I want to use this information as part of a graph. The text in the first column will become a row of column headings. The last column of values will become the value under the column heading. These values will get dragged down to create horizontal lines in the graph. The actual original table is much larger. Actually doint a Paste Special - Transpose will require editing that may mess up other areas in the form. Columns A and B will be other data in the form.

I don't know how to do macros.

    Thank you.
