Using Validation and Lists to reference data

I know how to use the validation and list reference to create a drop down of choices for a particular cell, however what I'd like to do is base the list referece on another cell entry. For example: if cell A1 = Boston, then cell B2 will reference a particular list, however if cell A1 = Chicago, then cell B2 references a different list. Thanks

I'm actually using option buttons that will generate the dependent values, I need to somehow concatenate these to dependent values that are generated from the option button and then produce a validation list in a third cell.

Example: Option button 1: MK46 --> This populates a cell with MK 46 and another cell with CIRCLE, I need to create a validation list for the MK 46 circle combination ... is this possible?
