Chart Y axis range (min and max) from cell with formula

    I'm creating an X-bar chart.
I have 350 entries on the x axis, 6 series (median, UCL, USL, LCL, LSL, and weight).
I have wildly varying parts to measure and calculate these values based on four other criteria. I need the Y axis range to automatically scale to UCL + 10% on the upper side and UCL - 10% on the lower (say these values are in cells X23 and W23.

I've tried all sorts of VBA codes and get all kinds of errors. I'm hoping someone can help me fix this.

If someone could assist, I'd be very (eternally) grateful.
    I've attached the sheet.
You'll see the chart. It picks from the weight column.
You'll see the values for Y axis are currently set manually to the calculated values in x23 and w23.

    Thanks,

    V

you could put a code similar to this in your book, and have it activated on change to X23 or W23
