How to freeze a worksheet name in a formula in another worksheet?

I have a montly reporting workbook with a worksheet called 'Current Month', there is another worksheet that will pick up items that I have flagged for follow up. At the end of each month I copy/paste values only of follow up items and then change the name of 'Current Month' to say February. The problem is that the worksheet that grabs my flagged items changes all the formulas that reference the worksheet 'current month' to 'February'. I want the formulas to remain referencing 'Current Month' as I'll create another worksheet for March which will be named 'current month'. How do I keep the formula referencing the worksheet from changing?? Thanks

There's no good way to do this. You could use the INDIRECT Function but that will slow down your workbook greatly if it's of any large size.

I think the easiest way is that instead of renaming the Current Month tab, copy that data to a new tab and name the new tab "February" and clear the data off the old tab.
