Tweak Userform for Holiday Planner

Morning All,

I have a spreadsheet with a userform to input data for Employee names and holiday requests, however the VBA code needs a little bit of tweaking and since I have no experience in VBA, here i am. Please can you fix the userform so that I am able to input the data and delete the data whenever I see fit (as there is error that pops up when I do) . I have attached the spreadsheet.

Select any cell in the table of data & choose Form from the Data menu

It is possible to use your own userforms, but you need some VBA knowledge.
