IF function

hey guys,

i work with rooms types and each tyope has a number with it as posted belwo im trying to figure out how to do an IF function with all these compents. it only allows be to add a1 with b1 and c says true or false and doesnt include the number for the function.

im trying to make a complex IF function.

my blocks are
a1=tc or fc,
b1=L,M,2b,3b(these will be inputted so it could be either one)
c1=time

times are :
TC FC
L 0.27 0.8
M 0.53 1.6
2B 0.8 2.4
3B 1.07 3.2

the TC are row D and FC are row E

now when i do the if staement i can only do a1 and b1 and c1= true and doesnt add the times, any way to do this, my other template adds them but its much m ore complex and ivlves 5 different spreadsheets.
