"find" menu doesn't work

The find tools in my excel doesn't work. As you can see in the attached picture, there are a lot of cells contain '8'. However the find tool says nothing found!!

What should I do?

Are those literal values, or formulas? I suspect they are not exactly equal to 8 - can you post the workbook.
