Hello,
Could anyone help me to combine the following two formulas? In order for the formula to be true, either "Code 1" or "Code 2" have to be true. Thank you in advance for any and all help.
Code 1
OR
=ROUND(B66-B65,6)=ROUND(1/96,6)
Code 2
Formula=AND(TIME(23,45,0)=B65,TIME(0,0,0)=B66)
In Cell H:66

=OR(ROUND(B66-B65,6)=ROUND(1/96,6),AND(TIME(23,45,0)=B65,TIME(0,0,0)=B66))
