Log or info for changed/ edited cells.

I am working on a program that exports and imports MS Excel file 2003 as output and input respectively..I therofore, need an option to evaluate and see the changed cells before importing the excel file..
Eg: If someone changed a particular cell entry then it must be reported (could be in the form of log or with in the excel file)..
Looking forward for your help, suggestions and comments..

There is a change even that you can use

This will write the time stamp cell address, user name and value, to a textfile on one line.

Your reply works fine but it just gives the information of last changed cell and I wish to know the information of every cell that is edited or updated..
I am new to the coding in MS Excel,
Kindly help.

I'm such a dummy.

Once the file is created, change the "Output" to "Append" that should keep a log. Right now I think it's just overwriting what happened last.
