Locking in text formatting in a cell. Is this possible?

    Hey all,

First post on here! I am wondering if there is a way to lock in text formatting in a set of cells. For example, can I lock in font, font size, font color etc into a cell so that any time i copy data into that cell, the data will match that formatting?

I copy and paste a lot of data from the web and I can't stand having to change the font, size, and color every time i paste into excel.

    Thanks!

Is there a reason you can't just paste special > paste values, in which case the cells' formatting will be retained?
