    The only way I can figure out how do what (I think) you need, is to un-merge the "group" in ypur column Q. That way, you can use absoluting so that you can opy/paste the formulae like you want to do.

    Just remember to setup your data range so that it changes as you add more data. Hope this is what you were after?

    Thank you very much FDibbins for your time and efforts in helping me out on this challenge. This will work fine for me with a bit of cleaning up on my table and formatting.
