Basically, this is a purchase requisition form. What I want is to update column A. I have 3 conditions:
1. I enter a part # into C2, and into C3, then A3 should be A2+1.
2. I enter a part # into C2, but not C3, then A3 should be "Subtotal" if it's the first row without any entered into column D,
3. All other rows is A after "Subtotal" should be blank.

I have tried this formula for you -It will work upto A5.
