How to hide duplicate rows in excel 2003

Appreciate if someone could kindly help.

I have a s/s which is built using look up values of monthly visits users make to our web site. Currently if a user has visited over multiple months it displays those records multiple rows as duplicates. For example if user A visited in Jan 5 times, feb 2 times & march 7 times. It will display 3 rows with sames record. I would like to run a macro to hide or delete the 2 duplicate rows and copy all unique records to a new tab.

The following sample worksheet may help sheet 1 has sample data and sheet 2 shows what is the expected output I am looking for.
