I am in need of assitance and hope that what I am planning is possible.EXCEL 1.PNG

I have an excel spreadsheet that shows as option 1 in the picture. IF I select the number one in the adjacent column then it produces the result to the left.

I would like to create a table that when I have the value in the one in the row of the adjacent column will produce a table seen in image numbered 3.
